Last week, the 3DGeo research group hosted the final meeting of the E-TRAINEE project, finally and for the first time in presence. For almost three years now, we have been developing a research-oriented open-source e-learning course – soon to be published! The course on “Time Series Analysis in Remote Sensing for Understanding Human-Environment Interactions” teaches analysis methods with the whole processing chain from acquisition to accuracy assurance using multispectral, hyperspectral, and 3D/4D data.

… and stay tuned: E-TRAINEE will be presented at the ISPRS Geospatial Week 2023 and featured at the Virtual Geoscience Conference 2023 in a short course on 4D point cloud analysis.
It is a pleasure to work in such a great team (among others) with Markéta Potůčková (project coordinator), Lucie Kupková, Lucie Červená, Jakub Dvořák, Adriana Marcinkowska-Ochtyra, Adrian Ochtyra, Krzysztof Gryguc, Martin Rutzinger, Andreas Mayr, and 3DGeo members Katharina Anders, Sina Zumstein and Bernhard Höfle.
E-TRAINEE is an ERASMUS+ Strategic partnership project (ID 2020-1-CZ01-KA203-078308) between Charles University (Czechia), Heidelberg University (Germany), University of Innsbruck (Austria), and University of Warsaw (Poland).
