Upcoming talk: Deriving urban land use from image data

On next Monday, Dr. Tessio Novack from the Technical University of Munich (photogrammetry and remote sensing research group) will give the second presentation in our currently running GIScience colloquium lecture series.
He will introduce some of the main approaches for deriving land use information from remote sensing imagery. Further, potentials and limitations of corresponding techniques are briefly discussed.
