Presentations of Heidelberg Geographical Society this semester about Challenge Metropolis

The public talks of the Heidelberg Geographical Society do start this Tuesday evening (19 pm).
The theme of the talks this semester is “Challenge Metropolis – urban development in the age of globalization“.
The first talk will be given by the new faculty member at the Department of Geography of Heidelberg University, Jun.Prof. Anna Growe and deals with “Stadt – Metropole – Metropolregion?“.
The talk by Prof. Ludger Basten, that was originally scheduled for that date, had to be postponed to Jan. 12th 2016.

The HGG presentations are at the small lecture hall (HS2) at the Kirchhoff-Institute for Physics (KIP). Im Neuenheimer Feld, Building INF 227 and start at 7 pm on Tuesday Nov. 10th.
