Kick-Off Meeting in Project on Psychoepidemiology (HealthGIS, Psychogeography)

On June 11 the Kick-Off Meeting for a new joint project on Psychoepidemiology took place at the Central Institute for Mental Health (ZI) in Mannheim. The goal of the joint project with researchers from the ZI, KIT, Dresden and the GIScience Research Group Heidelberg is to investigate relationships between social and environmental factors on the one side and mental well-being and psychological illness on the other. Within the scope of the project we offer different Bachelor and Master thesis focusing on individual aspects. We are also searching for student workers assisting in data collection and processing (Region of interest is the Metropole Region Rhein-Neckar). Interested persons please contact Prof. Zipf.
